Located in the heart of  downtown Vancouver, Washington, the Vancouver Community Library is an inviting place for all. We Friends of Vancouver Community Library (FOVCL) serve to support our library by providing financial support, advocating awareness of its vital role in our community, and remaining responsive to the changing needs of the library's role.
